Fee Schedule

There are three categories of CLE providers under the MCLE Rules and the Court-issued Fee Schedule:

  • Accredited CLE Provider. This is an annual accreditation, available upon approval only. Qualifying providers present a high volume of Illinois CLE courses annually and have a proven record of meeting the MCLE course requirements in the rules.
  • Per course/individual course provider (also known as non-Accredited Provider). The provider applies for accreditation for each individual course.
  • Bar Association and Professional Organization that provide CLE credit for their meetings approved under Supreme Court Rule 795(d)(3)

Approved Fee Schedule set by Supreme Court of Illinois, effective April, 2023.

Annual fees for unlimited course accreditation: accredits all CLE-qualifying courses presented by the provider. The provider must enter into the Board's online provider course accreditation system ("PCAM") all courses held in that year for which Illinois MCLE credit was issued or the provider anticipates that credits will be issued.
