Attorney attendance information to be entered in PCAM will include:
- the attorney’s name,
- ARDC registration number,
- completion date and,
- actual CLE hours earned, including professional responsibility hours.
Most providers will also have to pay the $0.75 per attorney per approved credit hour fee. MCLE Rule 795(a)(9) and (c)(4).
The attendance deadline is the 5th day of the month, following the month in which the attorney completed the course. For example, the provider must report M5 2024 course attendance (and the Board needs to receive the attendance fee) by June 5, 2024.
A late fee is assessed for attendance data entered or fee paid after the 15th day of the month following the month in which the attorney completed the course. One attendance late fee will be applied per course per day regardless of the number of attorney attendance entries. All providers are subject to this fee regardless of entity type.
You can enter attendance for live and recorded courses any time after an attorney(s) completes the course. You do not need to wait until the 15th day of the following month.
