Do attorneys need to report their compliance to the MCLE Board at the end of their two-year reporting period?
No. Beginning with the 2021-2023 reporting period, your online “My MCLE” transcript is your report for your two-year reporting period. Your compliance is determined by your transcript.
An attorney’s completion deadline is June 30 of their reporting period. By that year’s July 31 reporting deadline, your transcript must reflect your compliance by the June 30 credit completion deadline to avoid a $250.00 late fee.
