May an attorney claim CLE credit for attending the same course twice?
Not if the attorney participated in the identical course more than once in the same 12-month period – even if the provider issues multiple certificates.
The attorney can attend repeat presentations of the same course, but may only claim Illinois MCLE credit once in 12 months.
