When mailing a written notice via U.S. Mail, the MCLE Board uses your preferred mailing address on file with the ARDC. When emailing you a notice, the MCLE Board uses your business and personal email addresses on file with the ARDC.
Failure to receive a notice sent to you by the Board about your MCLE requirement deadlines is not an excuse for failure to report by the reporting deadline for the reporting period. Rule 796(a).
