Can I submit a compliance report for the 2022-2024 Reporting Period before all my credits appear in my transcript?
No. For the 2022-2024 reporting period, your online "My MCLE" transcript is your report. Your transcript must reflect your compliance by the June 30, 2024 initial credit completion deadline no later than the initial credit reporting deadline on July 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CST to prevent a $250 late fee.
After checking your transcript for compliance, retain your MCLE certificates and other compliance documents to confirm your MCLE compliance for the 2022-2024 reporting period.
