Can I submit a compliance report and pay the late fee for the 2022-2024 reporting period before all my credits appear in my transcript?
No. For the 2022-2024 reporting period, your online "My MCLE" transcript is your report. Your transcript must reflect your compliance by the October 31, 2024 grace period credit completion deadline and you must pay your late fee no later than the the grace period credit reporting deadline on November 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CST to prevent your removal by the ARDC from the Master Roll for MCLE non-compliance.
After checking your transcript for compliance and paying the late fee, retain your MCLE certificates and other compliance documents to confirm your MCLE compliance for the 2022-2024 reporting period.
