Are there any partial exemptions from the MCLE requirements?
The Court has eliminated partial exemptions starting with 2019-2021 and 2020-2022 two-year reporting periods. Partial exemptions were never available for the NAA reporting period.
If you are removed for non-compliance with the MCLE requirements for a two-year reporting period that ended in 2020 or before, and you believe you may qualify for a partial exemption from the requirements for that reporting period, please contact the MCLE Board at (312) 924-2420 to discuss your options for that reporting period.
