How do I change or recover my password in PCAM?


There are two ways to reset your password:

From the Provider log-in page of our website:

  1. Click “Forgot my password.”
  2. Enter your username in the box that appears and click “Submit.”
  3. PCAM sends a link to your PCAM contact email address.
  4. Click the link to open a Password Reset page.
  5. Type your new password, retype to confirm, then click “Submit.”
  6. Return to the log-in page to enter the username and new password.

From the PCAM Dashboard:

  1. Hover over “Administration” and click “Manage Contacts.”
  2. Hover over “Active” status by your name, then click “Edit” in the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter and confirm chosen password (at least six alphanumeric characters).
  4. Save the change.
