When may an attorney begin earning credits for the current reporting period after reinstatement to the master roll for an MCLE noncompliance removal?

Hours earned during the removal period that exceed the hours needed for reinstatement may not be counted towards meeting the current reporting periods’ requirements. Rule 796(h). The period of removal includes any day on which your name is removed from master roll for MCLE noncompliance.  

Given that, an attorney may begin earning MCLE credits for their current reporting period on the first full day that the attorney is no longer removed from the master roll for MCLE noncompliance: this is the day after their reinstatement to the master roll for MCLE noncompliance removal.
