Do attorneys need to report their compliance, non-compliance, or out-of-state exemption to the MCLE Board at the end of their two-year reporting period?

Yes, attorneys must report their compliance, non-compliance, or out-of-state attorney exemption using the Board’s online reporting system no later than 11:59 p.m. on July 31 of their reporting year to avoid a $250.00 late fee. Online reporting opens May 1 of an attorney’s reporting year.
