Temporary Exemption and Extension Requests
In rare cases and upon a clear showing of good cause, the Board has the authority to grant a temporary exemption from the MCLE requirements or an extension in which to comply with those requirements. The Court's MCLE Rules do not allow permanent exemptions or extensions.
