The Supreme Court has amended the MCLE Rules

The Supreme Court of Illinois amended its minimum continuing legal education rules (MCLE Rules) and the MCLE Board's fee schedule effective September 27, 2011. The revisions offer more options to attorneys to satisfy their MCLE requirements. More >

The amended Rules do not alter the number of required credits or deadlines for any two-year reporting period.

The MCLE Board is currently updating Questions and Answers to provide expanded information on these changes. In the interim, you may read the amended MCLE Rules, available on the Illinois Supreme Court Website. We expect to have this expanded information on our website in the next two weeks.
